Data we collect

• Quote request form: organisation type, name, company or organisation, business email, country, product, capacity or quantity, timeline, tender reference and project description.
• Email and WhatsApp: the content of the messages you send us and your contact details.
• Audience measurement: anonymous visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying visitors.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your request: prepare a quote, build a tender file and follow your project. Information needed for the quote may be shared with the relevant partner manufacturer, for that purpose only. We never sell or rent your data.

Services we use

• Form delivery: your request is forwarded by email from our web host.
• WhatsApp (Meta) for conversations you start on that channel.
• Fonts: loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s IP address.
• Statistics: a cookie-free analytics tool.

Retention

We keep your information for the duration of our exchanges and the project, then for at most three years after the last contact.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to operations@km-gc.com. For people in Tunisia, these rights are provided by Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data.
